Opinions Aren’t Facts…

Opinions aren’t facts – and that’s the beauty of it. 

Let’s just get one thing straight: Everyone has an opinion, and with 8 billion people in the world, it’s not only expected – it’s kind of beautiful.
Some opinions will hype your up. Other? No so much. 

Recently, I got some hate comments online.  Were they harsh? Sure. 
Did they ruin my day? Absolutely Not!
Because here’s what I’ve learned: opinions aren’t facts, and I’m not going to shrink to fit into someone else’s projection of how I should look, should act, or should be. 

Everyone’s Got Something to Say – Let Them 

We all know the internet give people the freedom to say whatever they want behind a screen.  But the way I see it? 
If someone doesn’t like me, that’s just one person out of 8 billion.

Why would I let one stranger’s comment outweigh all the people who support me, vibe with me, or see something valuable in what I share? 

You can’t waste your energy convincing people who are committed to misunderstanding you.  
That’s like trying to explain art to someone who doesn’t want to see the picture.

Find the People Who Match Your Vibe

There’s a big difference between being seen and being judged.  I’m not here for judgment. 
I’m here to build connections with people who get me. People who say, “I feel that,” not, “Fix that.”

So if you’re on your own journey – whether it’s healing, glowing up, or just being louder about who you are – don’t waste your light trying to brighten places that don’t want to be lit.
