Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how easily we can fall out of alignment with the routines that once made us feel strong—mentally, physically, creatively.
I realized I hadn’t taken my vitamins in weeks. Something so small, but symbolic.
It reminded me how easy it is to pour energy into everyone and everything else while forgetting the simple ways we show up for ourselves.
Even as I navigated the chaos of getting sick and having to pause parts of my routine, I still launched a new print and kept creating content.
It wasn’t perfect, but it was progress.
This moment taught me something important: resilience doesn’t always look glamorous.
Sometimes, it looks like picking up the pieces—quietly, intentionally—and choosing to keep going.
I think there’s this unspoken pressure—especially for creatives and entrepreneurs—to always be “on.”
To keep showing up, producing, sharing, and staying relevant. And while consistency does matter, there’s also power in acknowledging when life interrupts the plan.
When your energy is low, your body needs rest, or your spirit is asking for a pause.
Forgetting my vitamins wasn’t just about a missed supplement.
It was a signal.
A quiet one.
That I needed to recalibrate.
I had to ask myself, “Am I really taking care of myself in the ways that matter? Or am I pushing through just to keep up appearances?”
Despite everything, I still moved forward.
I launched a new print through my TikTok shop—a piece that felt aligned with the shift I’ve been going through internally.
It reminded me that even when we’re not at our best, we can still create beautiful things.
We can still honor our vision.
We can still show up for ourselves in smaller, quieter ways that add up over time.
I’m learning that showing up doesn’t always look like 5 a.m. wake-ups and flawless routines.
Sometimes, it’s simply choosing not to give up.
It’s choosing to keep going, even when it’s messy. Especially when it’s messy.
If you’re reading this and you’ve been hard on yourself for not doing enough, I want to remind you: you’re doing more than you think.
Progress isn’t always visible right away—but it’s still happening.
This journey—of building a business, creating art, and evolving into the version of myself I’m meant to be—isn’t always graceful.
But it’s mine.
And I’m proud of the growth, even when it looks like rest, recalibration, or resilience in the form of a small step.
If you’ve also been on a path of healing, creating, or simply trying to keep up with life while honoring your personal goals, I hope this reminds you that you’re not alone.
Even when it feels like you’ve fallen behind, trust that you’re still in motion.
I’m back on my vitamins now—small win, I know.
But it feels like an act of self-love.
If you’re looking to get back on track with your own routine, I’ve linked some of the supplements and tools I use that have helped me stay grounded:
• [My Favorite Night Routine Vitamin]
• [My Favorite Energy Boost Blend]
• [My Favorite Wellness Journal]
And if you haven’t seen my latest print release on TikTok Shop, you can check it out [here]. It’s a reflection of everything I’ve written about today: transformation, persistence, and creative rebirth.
Thank you for being part of my journey.
Here’s to honoring the small wins, creating even in the chaos, and rising again—one intentional choice at a time.
With Love,
Lund3on
